Corned Beef Sandwich

Corned Beef Sandwich is a really tasty sandwich, especially when they are made with mayonnaise! Just one bite and you will taste the goodness!

Ingredients

8 slices Baker’s Inn bread 

400g tinned corned beef, sliced

Margarine

Mayonnaise or mustard

 

 

Optional extras:

One cup of coleslaw

Sliced onion

Sliced tomato

Method

1.    Spread margarine onto each slice of bread
2.    Put two slices of bread to the side
3.    Spread mayonnaise or mustard onto one side of bread (if using)
4.    Arrange corned beef and any other toppings you are using (coleslaw, sliced tomato, sliced onion) on two slices of bread, dividing evenly.
5.    Cover each with the second slice of bread, mustard/mayonnaise side down.
6.    Cut in half to serve.
